Shipping note: we are offering flat-rate ground shipping of $9 to anywhere in the US.  Sometimes if you order multiple items, our system will multiply the shipping times the number of items ordered - this is a glitch we are working on - rest assured if this happens, we will adjust the shipping amount to $9 regardless of the number of items ordered.  We cannot ship to post office boxes.
