Many factors affect the lifespan of a balloon, including environmental conditions and different surface types. Direct heat and cold both affect the integrity of the balloons; it is important to discuss at the time of ordering where your balloons will be set up and the best conditions for longevity. Even professional-grade balloons can pop or deflate sooner than anticipated. We will replace anything that deflates during our delivery and installation. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee the lifespan of your balloons once they have been delivered or picked up.
To retain the highest quality of our designs, please avoid placing balloons where children or pets can easily access them. Once balloons have been installed by us, please do not adjust the set-up. Direct heat and sunlight will break down the quality of the balloon, and providing a cool/shaded area will allow the balloons to retain their quality as long as possible.
To ensure our quality standard, we exclusively employ professional-grade balloons and do not incorporate balloons provided by customers.
